Duties & Responsibilities:
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of dining staff
- Assist in maintaining high standards of service quality and overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist in managing cash transactions, including handling guest checks, processing payments, and providing change
- Handles Revolving Fund
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS-HRM course
- At least 1 year experience in supervisory
- With leadership skills
- Excellent in customer relations
- Can work with integrity
