Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Audit and Compliance Associate, you will help safeguard the integrity of our financial operations and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Internal Audit Execution:
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational processes, and documentation
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement
- Prepare audit findings and recommend corrective actions
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure company practices align with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor compliance with lending procedures, credit policies, and data privacy standards
- Assist in updating and implementing compliance frameworks
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities, compliance checks, and findings
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as needed
- Support the development of audit schedules and compliance checklists
- Coordination & Support:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of audit issues
- Provide guidance and training on compliance-related matters
- Assist in preparing for external audits and regulatory inspections
- Risk Management:
- Help identify operational and financial risks
- Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Participate in policy reviews and recommend updates based on audit insights
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but must be a bachelor’s degree in accountancy graduate
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Auditing
- with a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
