- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in mechanics preferred.
- Proven experience as a mechanic or technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy parts and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
