We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with solid BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience to support the design and drafting needs of our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating technical drawings and BIM models to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Develop, update, and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and timely drawings.
- Convert sketches, specifications, and field notes into detailed construction documents.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.
- Ensure compliance with company and project CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
- Organize and maintain drawing files, templates, and model libraries.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in drafting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar.
- Understanding of construction documents, building systems, and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes is a plus (e.g., ASME, ISO, local building codes).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [architecture/MEP/structural/civil] disciplines depending on company focus.
- Exposure to BIM 360 or similar collaborative BIM platforms.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
