Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Test Cases: Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and security of APIs. This includes both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Identify and Document Defects: Record, document, and track bugs and issues found during testing. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.
- Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed to ensure that the changes do not introduce new issues in the API.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Stay Updated with Testing Tools: Keep abreast of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency. Familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter is often required.
- Assist in Project Planning: Participate in project planning sessions to identify potential testing issues and provide input on testing strategies and timelines.
- Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure that all tests are executed and meet the required standards.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to team leads on the status of quality and testing outcomes, ensuring transparency and communication within the team.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
