We are hiring Chat Support Agents for a Collections Account. This role involves assisting customers through chat to resolve billing concerns and facilitate payment arrangements. We welcome high school graduates with strong written communication skills — no BPO experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to overdue accounts via chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information about account status and payment options.
- Assist in negotiating payment plans or settlements when applicable.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.
- Accurately document chat transactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
