Job Description:
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
- At least 1 year working experience in a Back-Office / Administrative role
- BPO experience is a PLUS
- Good working knowledge in editing online documents (PDF)
- Proficient in using MS Tools (Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
