Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Open to fresh graduates and career shifters!)
- Proven ability or strong potential to achieve monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be assigned to a Metrobank or PSBank branch
- Available to work onsite during regular banking hours
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, schedule customer appointments, analyze financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions
- Prepare and submit customer applications accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent after-sales service
- Foster long-term partnerships with bank partners and encourage customer referrals
- Refer customers for loans, savings, or checking accounts as appropriate
- Keep the branch updated on daily activities, performance metrics, and referrals
- Complete onboarding programs covering technical knowledge and soft skills
