We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and professional individual to join our team as a Bank Staff Member. This role is ideal for someone who can provide support across various departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support across departments when required
- Assist with customer service, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing appointments
- Support with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Identify and report suspicious transactions in line with compliance procedures
- Assist with opening and closing of accounts and updating customer records
- Cross-sell banking products and refer customers to other departments as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professional service standards
- Support other departments during peak times or staff shortages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bank, finance, office administration, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
