1. Manages and supervises the over-all operations of the branch.
2. Implements the business development activities of the Bank.
3. Develops sales channels and executes marketing activities to achieve volume targets both loans and deposits.
4. Prepares and reviews the branch budgets and analyzes variance.
5. Reviews loan application for consistency to bank policies
6. Does or reviews the write-up and analysis of loans recommendation for approval by the appropriate approving officers.
7. Improves/strengthens customer relationships.
8. Checks the monitoring of loan accounts that shall be due for payment and ascertains that corresponding notices have been distributed properly.
9. Approves billings and demand letters that must be sent to clients.
10. Participates in meetings and reports accomplishments on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
11. Approves all reports coming from the branch.
12. Monitors the state of assigned Account Officers in the Branch regarding targets and giving proper interventions if needed.
13. Coordinating with the HR department for recruitment and other needs of employees assigned in the branch that they supervise.
14. Implements and follows the Bank's Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Discipline.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
