JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or barista role.
- Strong attention to detail, extensive coffee knowledge, effective upselling skills, excellent communication abilities, and superior customer service skills.
- Can prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, engage with customers, and handle transactions.
- Can work in a fast-paced café environment, requiring flexibility in hours including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly demeanor, consistency in performance, and adaptability to changing customer needs.
