Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while providing excellent service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other café beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service—greeting, taking orders, and assisting with menu inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, coffee beans, pastries, and condiments.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
