We are seeking driven BDC Sales Representatives to join their team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, where you’ll play a key role in supporting automotive dealership clients and driving business growth.

What will you do?
As a BDC Sales Representative, you’ll be at the front line of driving opportunities and building customer relationships. Your role includes:
- Lead Generation & Nurturing – Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chats), follow up with prospects, and re-engage leads.
- Appointment Setting – Schedule and confirm appointments for dealership sales teams while overcoming objections.
- Customer Engagement – Deliver excellent customer service, answer questions, and build strong rapport with potential buyers.
- Sales Support – Provide detailed lead information to dealership sales teams and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Learning & Growth – Stay updated on vehicle models, dealership services, and continuously improve communication techniques.
- Performance Tracking – Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for lead handling, appointments, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in CRM or Dealer Management Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tekion, DealerSocket, etc.)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, vehicles types, and dealership processes (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and follow-ups
Soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (clear, confident, and persuasive)
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
- Results-driven with proven ability to hit or exceed targets
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Prior automotive knowledge and BDC/dealership experience is a strong advantage
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in BDC, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service (high-volume environment preferred)
Language
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
