Job Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador of Lifestrong Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for promoting and selling our beauty, skincare, and wellness products. You will serve as a brand ambassador at the store level—educating customers, offering product recommendations, and driving sales through expert advice and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and engage customers in Watsons to help them select appropriate Lifestrong products (e.g., Hairfix, Pretty Secret, Dermaid, NutriXpert).
- Demonstrate proper usage and benefits of the products through in-store consultation or mini-demos.
- Meet daily or monthly sales targets assigned to your outlet.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met (clean shelves, well-stocked displays).
- Educate Watsons staff and customers about Lifestrong products and promos.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the distributor or Lifestrong team for replenishments.
- Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the Area Sales Coordinator.
- Represent Lifestrong in a professional and engaging manner at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate; Senior High School or College level preferred.
- With 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, cosmetics, or personal care is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
- Willing to be assigned to any Watsons outlet within a specified area.
- Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
