Job Description:
We are hiring Chat Support Representatives for a non-voice, back office campaign. This role is perfect for individuals who prefer to work behind the scenes and communicate with customers via chat or email. No prior experience is needed—just strong reading comprehension, good typing speed, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through live chat or email
- Provide accurate information based on product or service guidelines
- Assist with processing requests, forms, or account updates
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Passer
- No BPO or customer service experience required
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Can type at least 35 WPM with minimal errors
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and on-site
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
