- Greet and welcome arriving guests and retrieve their luggage.
- Escorting guests to their rooms, explaining the room facilities.
- Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for.
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel.
- Carry out any other duties requested by Front Office Agents or Hotel Manager.
- Assist in handling guest’s luggage upon check-in/out, (e.g. sending luggage to designated rooms)
- Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures.
- Provide assistance in ocular visits.
- Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service.
- Provide assistance in driving for sales calls, purchasing, and other official business.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Attentive, courteous, service-oriented person, with excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented and great at problem solving
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
- Must possess a cheerful outlook, approachable and with excellent communication skills.
- Amendable to shifting schedules
- Must have valid Driver’s License
