QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of 4 year business course or medical course
- Preferably with work experience as billing clerk or in a hospital setting
- With knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Has good communication skills both written and oral
- Flexible, organized, and responsible
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigned in different areas in the hospital (ER, OR, ICU, and other Ward floors).
- Checks on the completeness of Bizbox Charges.
- Checks on the accuracy of Bizbox charges versus patient’s chart medication.
- Secure the correctness of charged items.
- Informs and coordinates the Nursing Service Office on the discrepancies found.
- Initiates to return the medicines not used by the patients.
- Charges items, laboratories, services, medicines for unaccounted patient’s bill.
- Daily update of patient’s bill.
