Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
- Willing to work on a US shift schedule (EST Time zone)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, Contract knowledge, attention to detail and deductive reasoning
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with database systems or pricing software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
Job Description:
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing input with source documents.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all contract information is current and accurate.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to resolve discrepancies or clarify contract details.
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to contract information and provide support as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries of contract data for internal review and decision-making.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data security standards.
- Performs additional duties as requested by management.
