Job Description:
・Prepare BIM Model for Coordination of all the services to avoid clashes between Architecture, Structure and MEP.
・Prepare Clash detection Report for Presentation (via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD) and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades.
・Coordinate with Designers and with other JV departments.
・Manage to adjust and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by site
・Review and check accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for Construction drawings
・Create, coordinate, develop, 2D drawings and 3D BIM models
・Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Suite, Navis Works)
・Ensure the quality of models as describe in the BIM execution plan
・Produce BIM model to propose the modified design for future design changes
・Produce visual images (CG) with using BIM and rendering software
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER
・Engineering / Architecture Graduate (BIM Certificate is an advantage)
・With 5+ years software experience with BIM / 2D and 3D AutoCad / Revit / Navisworks / Rendering Software
・Have experience working in Construction and Engineering
・Excellent in written and oral communication for building design
・Ability to read and understand design drawings, construction drawings and specifications
KEY SKILLS
・Good knowledge and understanding of Building Design and Construction
・Fluency in the current version of Revit Software
・Fluency in Autodesk Navis Works
・Fluency in Autodesk CAD Works
・Fluency in Rendering Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
