Job Description
- Read, interpret and analyze the plan of a given project.
- Prepare the BIM model for architectural, structural and MEPF to LOD 300 using Autodesk Revit for Architecture, Structure and MEPS.
- Attend the BIM weekly work session set by the design coordinators .
- Generate Request for Information for conflicts, clashes, and clarifications that need to be resolved.
- Responsible in updating the BIM based from the resolved clashes to come up with a clash free BIM Convert the final CSD plan.
- Calibrate model based on recent developments within the project, includes but not limited to design update and/or as per actual site condition.
- Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
- Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
