Responsibilities:
- Handles account development and quality account management.
- Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory.
- Meets and maintains agreed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Handles merchandising and promotion execution, ensuring that all displays of products are clean and attractive, highly visible to buying customers.
- Performs sales orders, product distribution, and credit and collection tasks.
- Withdraws and checks the damaged stocks and ensures prompt, accurate, and complete execution.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with experience in sales and marketing
- Average in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Dependable, honest, diligent, and hardworking
- Willing to travel within assigned areas (in-base and out-base)
- Can work with less supervision
- Must know how to manage pressure
