BOOKKEEPER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support our clients with accurate, timely bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and preparing monthly financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile client bank accounts and credit card accounts monthly
- Categorize all bank transactions accurately and efficiently
- Accrue expenses that haven't yet cleared the bank
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices
- Set up and schedule payments for client AP
- Process payroll in a timely and compliant manner
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients
- Make journal entries or adjustments upon client request
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of payroll processing, AP/AR workflows, and bank reconciliations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple clients
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
