We are HIRING:
Branch Accountant (Reliever)
DETAILED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communicate all Operations request related to funding requirements.
2. Act as checker and verified of all request made by branch operations.
3. Act as Petty cash custodian
- Disburse cash based on approved request by branch lead, coordinate the funding approval to head office as needed.
- Prepare and replenish petty cash fund to HO for fund processing and releasing.
4. Report any incident that needs immediate actions from head office
5. In charge in initial checking of liquidations made by branch personnel for reporting and safekeeping of all supporting receipts for transmittal to HO for audit.
6. Bank Errands / Fieldworks:
- Cash / check collections deposit
- Fund transfer / bills payments
- Other treasury related fieldwork
7. Reportorial Accountability:
- Weekly Cash Advances / Liquidations Report
- Weekly Summary of Branch Expenses
- Invoices Summary vs Collection Receipts Issued
- Bank Reconciliation Report
- Weekly Report involving any incidents reported by branch and actions taken to resolve issues
8. Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end inventory count or when needed.
9. In charged of Business Permit Renewal and tax compliance and reporting process.
10. Any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
