JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Branch Banking Operations Officer or in a similar role.
- Leadership & Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities with the ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant banking software.
- Work Ethic & Personal Traits:
- o Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
- o Resilient and adaptable to changing environments.
- o Positive attitude with an organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
