- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Required skills: well developed written and oral communication skills, computer literate, able to drive, possesses a valid license, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field in banking/financial services is required.
- Development and implementation of effective and efficient operating routine in relation to approved business plans;
- Knows how to conduct credit investigation and appraisal of chattel and real estate properties.
- Monitoring of activities and conduct of the branch personnel.
- Highly analytical.
