As a Branch Manager, you lead a team that delivers both results and care. You are responsible for ensuring that sales and collections targets are consistently met, especially in business loans like SME and Real Estate Mortgage (REM). You coach Account Officers to grow their portfolios through client onboarding and retention, while keeping branch operations compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch sales and collection efforts, with emphasis on SME and REM loan products
- Coach and supervise Account Officers in client onboarding, account management, and field follow-through
- Review loan endorsements, monitor account performance, and guide decision-making on borderline cases
- Implement timely collection strategies and follow-ups on overdue accounts
- Ensure smooth coordination between field and admin operations
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance within branch processes
Qualifications:
- With significant field experience in lending or financing operations
- Preferably with a background in business loan origination and collections
- Strong leadership, coordination, and coaching skills
- Able to manage sales targets while ensuring operational discipline
- Trustworthy, organized, and decisive in field and office settings
