We’re seeking a driven and team-oriented Branch Manager to lead daily operations, guide staff performance, and ensure an excellent experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and staff concerns.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and a friendly shop atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Experience in team supervision or shop/retail/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, organized, and results-driven.
- Preferably with experience in barbershops, salons, or related service industries.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahug, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- barbershop or salon: 3 years (Preferred)
