Key Job Objective:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and profitability of the branch. This includes driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing the branch team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management
•Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales plans.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
•Coach and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed goals.
Operations Management
•Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
•Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and coordinate replenishment.
•Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
•Manage branch expenses and optimize resources to maintain profitability.
•Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational regulations.
People Management
•Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to improve productivity and engagement.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
•Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Reporting & Administration
•Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
•Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
•Manage documentation, records, and reporting requirements accurately.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing operational processes.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and branch management software/tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
