The Broker Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating with the sales divisions broker network.
Key duties include:
Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of accredited real estate brokers and support staff, offering guidance and training as needed.
Support the Regional Sales Director in developing and executing sales strategies and policies to effectively promote ALCO products within the broker network.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with broker partners to review performance, address issues, and encourage them to meet sales goals.
Cultivate a collaborative and positive culture within the broker network.
Marketing and Business Development:
Design and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, engage the broker network, and drive business growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with various brokerage firms and partners.
Qualifications:
- With active PRC Real Estate Broker license
- With active DHSUD Real Estate Broker Certificate of Registration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing accredited brokers and brokerage firms
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong networking abilities with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Location: 1 HC BGC, Taguig / 1 HC Cebu
