- Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial & Residential Unit Sales for
Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) and near RFO units.
- Build and manage a strong network of brokers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans.
- Generate reports and perform sales analysis.
Qualifications:
- Existing network of brokers to accredit.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (seller or coordinator role).
- College graduate in a relevant field.
- With REB License is preferred but not required.
