We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Accountant to support our growing operations in Sucat, Parañaque.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or other ERP tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
