- Master in business administration or relevant field
- Certified public Accountant with valid PRC license
- Valid Certificate of Accreditation as an Accounting Teacher issued by the BOA/PRC
- Must have at least 12 units of professional education subjects or equivalent program
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry or academic experience
- Member in good standing of the accredited professional organization for Certified Public Accountants
- Technology savvy and adept in using Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management System
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
