Qualifications:
1. A licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
2. With background in property management.
3. Preferably with 2 years work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible in the supervision of maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall.
2. Conducts maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair / renovation needs of the mall and mall tenant facilities, plans scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the efficient utilization of the utilities, facilities and equipment, service vehicles and other office equipment.
3. Assists the mall operation in providing safety and security to the mall employees, mall tenants and customers.
4. Supervises the General Maintenance Technician.
