About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy and Affairs team. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring business performance, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvements to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard operations metrics and dashboards, particularly for sales order processing and related teams.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. efficiency across operations) and recommend improvement strategies.
- Conduct data analytics to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven process enhancements.
- Update operational guidelines and policies based on business insights and company direction.
- Research market trends and technologies to propose innovations in logistics and delivery operations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to implement improvement initiatives.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and timelines.
- Ensure alignment of department KPIs and initiatives with the overall company scorecard.
Key Performance Indicators
- Full implementation of operations metrics and reporting systems across departments.
- 100% completion and accuracy in reporting and analytics deliverables.
- On-time and on-budget rollout of improvement initiatives.
- Zero violations on company code of discipline or customer complaints attributed to operations inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
