About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Business Analyst SAP Focus to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Business Analyst with solid experience in SAP systems to help align business processes with system functionality. This role plays a critical part in analyzing business needs, identifying SAP integration and improvement opportunities, and ensuring successful configuration, deployment, and adoption of SAP solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver optimized, scalable solutions that enhance business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and analyze workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP module implementation or enhancement.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement through SAP solutions.
- Support SAP configuration, testing, and deployment activities across modules such as FI, MM, SD, or HCM.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide user training, process documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Act as a liaison between functional users and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments for optimal use.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, with hands-on exposure to SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
- Proven ability to document functional specifications, workflows, and test cases.
- Experience in SAP configuration and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification or formal SAP module training is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Experience with change management, Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, finance, or HR systems preferred.
