What You’ll Be Doing: Reach out to potential clients & build strong business relationships Present our recruitment solutions to HR teams & decision-makers Achieve client acquisition & revenue targets Work closely with our recruitment team for successful placements
What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of Sales or BD experience Excellent communication & negotiation skills Highly organized, driven, and target-oriented Background in HR, BPO, or recruitment is a PLUS!
