Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to work closely with our Sales & Marketing Lead in expanding our client base, nurturing leads, and ensuring a consistent sales pipeline. This role bridges the gap between marketing outreach and sales closing, freeing the Sales Lead to focus on high-value negotiations and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and industry listings.
- Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, or chat) to qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Client Engagement & Follow-Up
- Maintain regular contact with prospects via CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the Sales Lead.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in managing social media posting schedules and basic ad campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials, proposals, and client presentations.
- Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client onboarding documentation.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of sales support, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
