Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate of a Business-related course; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development within the real estate industry, at a similar capacity.
- Proven background in real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts comprehensive property research and assessments.
- Identifies optimal property uses based on market and environmental factors.
- Evaluates and selects properties for development.
- Assesses flood risks and other environmental considerations.
- Initiates and manages business development processes.
- Conducts feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Analyzes market trends and monitors competitor activities.
- Prepares detailed and compelling business proposals.
- Oversees end-to-end project development and turnover, including:
- Business and project conceptualization
- Market analysis
- Feasibility and financial studies
- Business and project mix planning

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
