Business Development Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Summary:

• The Business Development Officer plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the organization's financial services. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job description:

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Advise organizations on how to improve efficiency, finances, and various other aspects of business.
• Consult with management to plan and implement solutions or changes based on the needs of a company’s organization.
• Devise and document a general system design based on company’s policies and procedure and business objectives
• Communicates professionally in all level of organization to gather information needed.
• Construct information technology (IT) definitions based on identified needs of the organization
• Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing, designing policies and procedures along with the technical working group, designing computer programs, and recommending system controls and protocols.
• Designs computer applications by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Assists in the development of, and migration to, new platforms.
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Performs other related task as may be required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
