Our company is a thriving desserts company in the US. As we continue to grow and open more locations, we are looking for a Business Development Officer who is experienced in driving franchise expansion.
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Do background research on potential franchisees' target site, demographics, and other important details;
- Conduct analysis of the available data, including but not limited to, market analysis to identify potential growth and risk areas for franchises;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities;
- Prepare regular reports on franchise development activities and progress.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise development or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and best practices.
