Business Development Officer
You will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, spearheading efforts to identify opportunities, establish impactful partnerships, and cultivate enduring client relationships. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:Client & Student Relationship Management
- Explain processes such as school refund policies, course selection, and reapplication steps.
- Follow through with student inquiries and ensure prompt, professional responses.
- Support clients with documentation and process updates as needed.
School Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the main contact for marketing representatives or admissions officers of partner schools.
- Manage day-to-day communication with schools regarding:
- Quotation updates and confirmations
- Promotional offers
- Refund processing timelines and requirements
- Ensure all partner-related updates are communicated to relevant internal departments.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Admissions, Visa, and Marketing teams to align partner offerings with client needs.
- Relay feedback and updates from partner schools to internal teams for program alignment.
Other Tasks:
- Create, update, and monitor course and school quotations using systems such as Xero or internal databases.
- Maintain accurate records of partner school contacts, communications, and updated course offerings.
- Assist in compiling monthly reports such as MR leads and refund summaries.
Support to Business Development Manager
- Implement partnership activities as guided by the Manager.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for partnership meetings or events.
- Contribute feedback and insights from school and client interactions to inform partnership strategy.

- Provide assistance and contribute to various team initiatives, demonstrating your dedication to collaborative success and a willingness to step in where needed.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing school visits, webinars, and promotional events upon request.
- Provide support in preparing documents, presentations, or reports needed for partnership proposals or internal reviews.
- Represent the company in student orientations or external meetings when delegated.
- Support the Business Development Manager in special projects, pilot initiatives, or urgent school coordination matters.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives or cross-departmental coordination when required.
- Provides assistance with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role in Visa Processing Industry
- Strong understanding of the Philippine business landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
