ARQ SME BDC is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Intern to support our growing initiatives in expanding access to smart capital for SMEs. You’ll work directly with our Business Development team to assist in building impactful programs, refining financial products, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
The skills you'll need to succeed:
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration , Marketing, or other related major.
- Senior standing and last semester is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Interest in Financial Services
Preferred skills:
- Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, etc)
- Prior experience in market research, lead generation, sales support, and CRM management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong analytical skills
- Desire to take ownership of projects and ideas
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Attention to detail and a high degree of initiative and adaptability
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Php8,000.00 per month
