To support the Business Development Manager by managing the end-to-end tender planning process, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts. The Tender Planner coordinates with internal departments and external stakeholders to develop compelling proposals that align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports tendering activities across all IFM service lines (hard and soft services).
- Works closely with business development, operations, finance, procurement, CMD, SHES, and legal teams.
- Manages multiple tenders simultaneously across various sectors (commercial, industrial, healthcare, Hotel, Gaming, Airports, etc.).
- Develop and manage tender schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs.
- Conduct site visits to assess facility conditions, operational requirements, and client expectations.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in tendering, bid coordination, or proposal management, preferably in facilities management, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Experience conducting site inspections and client consultations is highly desirable.
- Project Planning: Strong organizational and time managementskills.
- Client Engagement: Ability to build rapport and understand client-specific needs.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
- Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret tender requirements and develop strategic responses.
- Commercial Acumen: Creativity in pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word; experience with project management tools is a plus.
