Job Description
As a BI/Reporting Analyst, you will
- Leverage your understanding of the warehousing and transport domain within the supply chain to support operations.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports to meet business needs.
- Accurately document business reporting requirements.
- Extract data using PL/SQL in an Oracle environment.
- Utilize tools such as Jaspersoft Reporting, Crystal Reports, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to develop and present reports.
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or application development as needed.
- Utilize basic Unix skills and work within an AWS environment as necessary.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
- Engage comfortably with colleagues and customers via Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms with the camera on.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in BI/reporting analysis.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle and data extraction using PL/SQL.
- Desired experience with Jaspersoft Reporting, Crystal Reports, and BI tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau.
- Additional technical skills such as Unix, Microsoft SQL Server, and experience working in an AWS environment are advantageous.
