Key Responsibilities
Employee & Vendor Management

Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts on various ordering and software platforms.
*
Add users and locations to internal systems and platforms.
*
Monitor compliance and ensure documentation adheres to company and regulatory requirements.
*
Coordinate vendor orders and deliveries; follow up on shipment issues or delays.
Administrative & Project Support
*
Maintain and organize important business documents (e.g., leases, business licenses) in shared/cloud drives.
*
Track ongoing processes such as provider credentialing and license applications.
*
Support HR with onboarding tasks to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
*
Provide operational support across teams as needed.
Data & Reporting
*
Gather and compile data from multiple sources including phone systems and credentialing platforms.
*
Generate reports and manage spreadsheets to monitor key operational metrics.
*
Assist with basic accounting and vendor payment inquiries.
Qualifications
*
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or business operations support.
*
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general data management.
*
Comfortable using cloud-based platforms such as Google Drive and/or SharePoint.
*
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
*
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
*
Experience with ordering platforms (e.g., Amazon, McKesson) is a plus.
*
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is a bonus.
*
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
