Job Description:

What You'll Do:

• Update and Maintain Project Documentation: Ensure accurate and accessible documentation (Booking Information Sheet) by updating project information, links, and team files in the SO Hub monitoring platform on SharePoint.

• Track Financial Transactions: Log and track WFP/UN transactions using DGDB and Blackline systems to maintain financial accuracy.

• Revise and Improve Process Documentation: Update UN process documentation and templates to reflect changes in WV systems, such as Blackline, PBAS, DGDB, and PowerApps, ensuring alignment with internal monitoring tools.

• Contribute to Team Initiatives: Support additional tasks, projects, and working groups as assigned.

What You Need to Know: 

Details 

• Location: This is an office-based internship with location at the GC Manila Office in Mandaluyong City. Option for remote-work on some days may be considered and is subject to assessment and approval.
• Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Accounting and Finance/ Business Administration and Management / Information Systems / Business Information Technology / Industrial Engineering with focus on process improvement
• Stipend: this internship is unpaid, but all interns receive an allowance of PHP 450 for every 8 hours of internship. No allowance will be given during absences (vacation/sick times) and holidays.
• Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available (20-40 hours/week)
• Equipment: World Vision-issued laptop will be provided for the duration of the internship.

Eligibility

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Currently residing in the Philippines 
• Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week for the entire internship period  

• Currently enrolled student who require internships as part of their curriculum
• Adhere to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith.
• A Memorandum of Agreement between World Vision and your school is signed and approved.
