Join our growing team at Open Space Café & Bar! We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butcher who can ensure high-quality meat preparation and support our kitchen team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming meat products.
- Prepare and portion meat accurately based on kitchen and menu needs.
- Use proper cutting techniques and maintain meat processing equipment (knives, slicers, grinders, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas following food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering to maintain proper stock levels.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, trimming, slicing, and processing techniques.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
