Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services for cleanroom production and general operations.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to forecast material needs.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 19001).
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock planning and replenishment.
- Analyze procurement data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits and vendor qualification processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
Experience
- At least 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and ERP system skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); knowledge in SAP is required
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
