- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Purchaser in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of both food and non-food items
- Proven skills in vendor negotiations and maintaining supplier relationships
- Ability to monitor inventory levels and align purchases with operational requirements
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and excellent in record-keeping
- Physically fit and willing to conduct weekly market runs in Metro Manila
- Familiar with cost control measures and budget monitoring
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to be based in Tagaytay and can start immediately
