Description/information:
- Provide daily executive support including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist in coordinating, drafting, and managing social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience working with CRMs (ideally HubSpot) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with technology, highly adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
